1. Agreement to Terms
By engaging our services for the tune-up, repair, or maintenance of your ski and snowboard equipment, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Scope of Services
Our services include, but are not limited to, tuning, waxing, edge sharpening, and general maintenance of skis and snowboards. We will make reasonable efforts to perform these services to industry standards.

3. Customer Responsibility

• a. Equipment Condition: You are responsible for informing us of any pre-existing issues or conditions with your equipment. We are not liable for any damage or malfunction that was present before the service or was caused by conditions not disclosed to us.

• b. Accurate Information: You must provide accurate and complete information about your equipment and its condition. Failure to do so may result in unintended consequences, including damage or improper functioning of the equipment.

4. Limitation of Liability

• a. Malfunctions: We perform all services with care and attention to industry standards. However, we cannot guarantee the performance of your equipment post-service. You acknowledge that equipment malfunctions or failures may occur due to factors beyond our control.

• b. No Liability for Damages: We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from equipment malfunctions or failures after service. This includes but is not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss of use of the equipment.

5. Risk of Equipment Use
You acknowledge and accept that skiing and snowboarding are inherently risky activities. The risk of injury or equipment malfunction is present regardless of any service we provide. Our services are not a guarantee of safety or performance.

6. Warranty Disclaimer
We provide no warranties, express or implied, regarding the performance or safety of your equipment after service. All services are performed on an “as-is” basis, and we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Payment and Charges

• a. Payment Terms: Payment for services is due upon completion of the work, unless otherwise agreed upon. Prices are subject to change without notice.

• b. Additional Charges: Additional charges may apply if unforeseen issues are discovered during the service. We will notify you of any such charges before proceeding.

8. Consent to Service
By authorizing the service, you consent to the terms and conditions outlined in this document. Your authorization indicates acceptance of all risks associated with the use of your equipment post-service.

9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Alberta. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Alberta.

10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised terms on our website or notifying you directly.
